Wing Kit Man studied Biomedical Sciences at the University of Amsterdam and obtained his Master of Science in 2012. From April until August 2013 he worked as research technician at the department of Medical Microbiology at the Amsterdam UMC. Since September 2013 he is working as research technician in the Neuroinfections Amsterdam research group at the Amsterdam UMC. He contributes to a research project that investigates the genetics of bacterial meningitis pathogens. Furthermore, he contributes to the MeninGene, I-PACE and NOGBS studies where he looks at the correlation between cytokines and disease severity is investigated.
